Cooperative Power is here to help our customer members. Here are 5 ways in which we can help you save time and money off of your electricity bill by switching over to us.
- Get a free assessment on your electricity bill. Call us on 03 9068 6036 with your electricity bill handy and the Melbourne-based Energy Locals team will take you through what you would pay with us whether it’s less, more or the same. No sales pitch. No persuasion. Just the facts. We can’t and we won’t guarantee that we can deliver you the cheapest deal on the market. We think, however, we can make a pretty good case for being great overall for a few other reasons.
- Get energy usage at wholesale rates. Customer members pay a small admin fee but after that our retail partner passes on the energy usage at wholesale rates.
- We will never increase our rates for profit. As a non-profit cooperative, it was important to us that our retail partner also doesn’t try to make a profit from energy usage. This can also save you time as we are not going to bump you up to some other tariff simply because you stick with us.
- No exit fees or lock ins. We want to be able to save you time on the fineprint. We think our values, vision and member focus should be enough to help customer members stick around. If it’s not, that’s cool. We won’t charge you exit fees or force you to stay.
- You’ll be part of our solidarity credit program. In addition to all of the above, from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021, we’re running a solidarity credit program to help with the economic impacts of COVID-19. Customer members can elect to receive a $50 solidarity credit to come off their bill or pass that onto others who need it. Check out the full details.
