Through our 2023 democratic budget customer members allocated $5,000 to a Digital Experience Fund to improve member experience of CoPower. A working group made up of customer members was formed and meet on the 14 December 2023 and made the following recommendations for use of the Fund. Recommendations
Invest $5,000 in a digital experience strategy.
Engage an expert to develop a plan for how CoPower can best improve member experience and digital engagement. The expert would review existing consultation on digital experience including the 2022 Thoughtworks review, member surveys, existing digital tools and process and consider CoPower’s strategic priorities. The strategy would present options, including indicative development costs, for outputs and consider impact and priority.
Form a Digital Experience action group.
Customer members are best placed to improve CoPower’s digital experience. The group will be meet regularly to review digital engagement, undertake consultation with members, engage with the digital experience strategy, prioritize projects, and scope further developments.
