One of our member organisations, Earthworker Energy Manufacturing Cooperative, makes Solar and Heat Pump Hot Water Product in Victoria’s Latrobe Valley. Earthworker are building worker-owned manufacturing and a better future for all.

Earthworker hot water products include:

• Heat pump hot water systems. This provides all of your hot water needs cheaply & efficiently without the need for panels on your roof, or are the perfect compliment to solar PV as a “virtual battery”.
• ‘Solar Ready’ Stainless Steel Storage Tanks. Earthworker’s hot water storage tank is a proven product. They use marine grade stainless steel for a 15 year warranty.
• Evacuated Tube Solar Hot-Water. This is a traditional roof-top array with highly efficient glass tubes to collect heat from the sun to directly heat your water, with backup electric or gas boosting.

The Victorian government’s has announced more support for solar and energy efficiency measures. So there’s never been a better time to upgrade. Now there are a range of solar rebates available for households installing solar hot water products.
