Project submissions for our democratic budget are open until 11:59pm Monday June 6th 2022.
It’s a simple two step process.
- Any individual customer members, member organisation or any democratic and incorporated organisation can make an submission here. It’s a simple form as we want to make this process as accessible as possible.
- Please note, where the budget submission proposes contributing towards the work or project of another organisation we are also asking the organisation receiving the funds to fill out this form. This step is to ensure that we are only voting on projects that are welcome – solidarity isn’t solidarity if it’s not welcome.
Step 2 does not apply where a customer member is proposing an idea for how CoPower should expend its own funds. An example of CoPower expending its own funds is the financial support for striking workers (to take an example from the last budget period).
